MAQS advises Tången in acquisition of Celab Communications

The investment company Tången has signed an agreement to acquire Celab Communications AB, a company that provides tailored solutions for organizations with mission-critical communication. The planned acquisition date is December 29, 2025.

Celab Communications' customers include entities within government, public transportation, energy, defense, and public safety. The company has approximately 50 employees and its headquarters in Kungälv.

For Tången, the acquisition strengthens, and further broadens, the business area of regulatory competence, creating new opportunities to meet the increased demands of customers for secure and critical communication.
