MAQS advises Tången Industrikapital in its acquisition of Göfast Gruppen

Tången Industrikapital acquires Göfast Gruppen, a leading company in construction services for the public sector that offers services within electricity, plumbing, construction, flooring and tiling.

Tången Industrikapital is a West Swedish investment company that focuses on small and medium-sized companies in the Nordic region with sustainable and profitable growth. The portfolio companies operate in stable industries, have healthy cash flows and an ambition to develop. Tången has three business areas Nordic Surface Innovation, Nordic Energy Efficiency and Nordic Service Companies, where Göfast Gruppen will be part of the latter.

Göfast Gruppen has a turnover of SEK 150 million and has 60 employees. The head office is located in Gothenburg, Sweden.
