MAQS advises Tången (publ.) on the acquisition of a majority stake in Select Telecom

Tången Industrikapital has signed an agreement to acquire 70.4 per cent of the shares in Select Telecom AB, a provider of communications and technology solutions for Swedish businesses.

Select Telecom helps companies develop, simplify and streamline their communication. The company's offering includes operator-independent consulting, AI telephony, advanced PBX solutions, hardware management, mileage log management, digital contract management and IoT-based connectivity. The company has shown strong growth with good profitability over time and is considered to be well placed to continue its profitable growth journey through organic sales growth and add-on acquisitions.

Select Telecom's CEO, CFO and other key personnel will continue in their operational roles and remain as shareholders following the transaction.
Completion is scheduled for 31 August 2026. Following completion, Select Telecom will form part of Tången's Service business area.
