MAQS advises TätabGruppen on acquisition

MAQS has had the privilege of assisting TätabGruppen with the acquisition of the majority of shares in G Rent AB and JH Maskin AB. Through the acquisition, TätabGruppen strengthens its geographical coverage and expertise.

TätabGruppen is a machine rental company that includes the companies Tätab Hyrliftar, Skagert Byggmaskiner, and Rentid Byggmaskiner. The group is part of Screen Capital, a privately owned investment company focused on long-term ownership and development of small and medium-sized enterprises.

G Rent operates a rental business for construction machinery, tools, lifts, wagons, and more, needed for work on and in buildings, as well as for new construction and land preparation.

JH Maskin engages in the sale of new and used machinery for construction, forestry, hunting, service, and marine use.
