MAQS advises Zeppelin in the acquisition of Energyst

MAQS has advised Zeppelin Sverige AB in the acquisition of all shares in Energyst Rental Solutions AB. The transaction was part of a restructuring of the Energyst group of companies, which involved acquisitions of Energyst’s operating entities by a number of acquiring shareholders of Energyst B.V. in several different jurisdictions. In addition to Zeppelin Sverige AB’s acquisition of Energyst’s Swedish entity, Zeppelin Rental GmbH also acquired all of the shares in Energyst Germany GmbH and all limited partner´s shares in Energyst Rental Solutions GmbH & Co. KG, Germany.

The transaction was completed on 8 January 2021.
