MAQS Advokatbyrå welcomes Anna Björk Larson as partner

Anna Björk Larsson has been appointed partner at MAQS Advokatbyrå and will assume her new position on January 1, 2025. She currently serves as a Legal Director in MAQS's capital markets team and brings previous experience from EY as well as another law firm, where she worked on structuring and capital markets matters.

Anna's appointment is fully in line with our strategy to continue strengthening our business, says Eric Ehrencrona, Chairman of the Board and Head of Capital Markets at MAQS.

During the autumn, MAQS' capital markets team has been further strengthened by the recruitment of Matilda Karlsson as senior associate. She specializes in capital markets and advises public companies in listing processes, capital procurements, and mergers and acquisitions, as well as matters related to general corporate law, information disclosure, and corporate governance.
