MAQS assisted GoClimate Sweden AB in a corporate transaction

The company GoClimate Sweden AB, which helps its customers to calculate their climate footprint and with climate compensation, becomes part of the South Pole Group. 

South Pole assists companies and organisations to achieve their climate goals by offering everything from analyses and measurement of climate footprints to strategic advice and implementation.

MAQS Advokatbyrå represented the owners of GoClimate in connection with the corporate transaction. The MAQS team consisted of lawyer and partner Sara Malmström and associate Emma Bremer.
