MAQS assisted on the sale of Ultramare to Deltrian International

MAQS acted as legal advisor to OKR Invest AB on the sale of the filter company Ultramare AB to the Belgian company Deltrian International, a global supplier of filter and air purification solutions.

Founded in 1934, Ultramare is Scandinavia's oldest filter company, with a long history of innovation and quality.

The acquisition represents a significant step in Deltrian's strategy to strengthen its presence in Northern Europe. Already established in Norway and Denmark, Deltrian is now consolidating its position in Sweden, a key market for the company's continued growth.

The MAQS team involved in the transaction primarily consisted of Jonas Svahn and Sophie Nordmark White.
