MAQS assisted the sellers in connection with Hoosier Gasket’s acquisition of Brickpack

MAQS Advokatbyrå was the sellers’ legal adviser when Hoosier Gasket acquired Brickpack.

Hoosier Gasket, the largest privately held manufacturer of gaskets and seals in the USA, acquires Brickpack AB, based in Laholm. Brickpack punches, cuts and processes materials for all manufacturing industries, but primarily OEMs. With this acquisition, Hoosier Gasket establishes a presence in Europe and can offer an even more diversified product portfolio.
