MAQS Assists MAMA Management in a Real Estate Transaction

MAMA Management entered into an agreement with the listed company Heba for the sale of 123 newly produced rental apartments in Nynäshamn.

Heba Fastighets AB is a property owner that develops, owns and manages housing and community properties in the Stockholm region, Uppsala and Mälardalen. Heba has signed an agreement with a company controlled by MAMA Management AB regarding the acquisition of 123 newly produced rental apartments financed with an investment grant, in the new Källberga area in Nynäshamn. The acquisition will be Heba’s first establishment in Nynäshamn. MAMA Management AB is a project development company that develops projects – mostly housing with tenancies.

The purchase price is based on an underlying property value of SEK 306 million and the acquisition will be completed as a corporate transaction. Heba guarantees the project through a so-called forward funding. Production is scheduled for the second quarter of 2022 and completion by the third quarter 2023.
