MAQS assists RO-Gruppen in a contract procurement

RO-Gruppen, a construction company within construction contracts, construction services, concept construction, housing, and retail establishment will, in collaboration with the real estate company Castellum build the office building Infinity in Hagastaden, Stockholm.

In the negotiation of the turnkey construction agreement RO-Gruppen was assisted by MAQS Advokatbyrå, with Erik Kjaer in charge.

− MAQS has, in a reliable and constructive way, contributed to getting the project over the finish line, says Lars Westman, Business Area Manager and Partner at RO-Gruppen.

Project Infinity comprises 26,000 sq.m., has a consistent focus on sustainability and will be completed in 2025. The order value amounts to approximately SEK 615 million.
