MAQS has advised Acrinova AB (publ) on the sale of a property portfolio valued at SEK 1.4 billion

Acrinova AB (publ) has entered into a share transfer agreement with Fastighetsbolaget Emilshus AB regarding the divestment of 35 properties, with an underlying property value totaling SEK 1.4 billion. 

The properties mainly consist of warehouse and industrial premises, with a total gross area/lettable area of approximately 124,000 square meters. 

The transaction is the largest in Acrinova’s history and corresponds to approximately 66.3 percent of Acrinova’s total property portfolio based on book value as of December 31, 2024.
