MAQS has advised in the sale of Hiss i Skåne to Cibes

Cibes Lift Group, an international distributor of elevators with more than twenty subsidiaries in Europe and Asia, has strengthened its market position in Sweden by purchasing the local company Hiss in Skåne. 

Hiss i Skåne (translated to Elevators in the region of Skåne) was founded 2006 by Urban Strandberg, Stefan Laffrezen and Anders Claus and has since quickly grown to the largest private owned elevators’ company in the region with close to 30 employees and service contracts of approximately 2,200 elevators.

MAQS’ team in the transaction was headed by lead partner Jonas Blomquist.
