MAQS has advised in the sale of LM Transport to Storskogen

MAQS Advokatbyrå has assisted the seller in the sale of the majority of shares in AB LM Transport to SISAB, a subsidiary to Storskogen.

AB LM Transport, a transport and construction company, was established 1980 in Kristianstad in the southern parts of Sweden. The company’s headcounter is still situated in Kristianstad but its work is performed in all parts of Sweden. The company has 25 employees and a turnover of approximately MSEK 70.

Through the transaction the company joins Storskogens’s business area construction and infrastructure services. 

MAQS’ team in the transaction was headed by Jonas Blomquist (lead partner M&A), with the assistance of Aleksander Källkvist (M&A) and Kajsa Hummel (M&A).
