MAQS has assisted Mofast in the purchase of a residential property in Stockholm

MAQS Advokatbyrå has advised Mälardalens Omsorgsfastigheter Holding AB (Mofast), a real estate company listed on the Spotlight market place, in the signing of a purchase agreement of a residential property near the Avicii arena in Stockholm.

The deal value is 111 MSEK, but since there is a housing cooperative with a legal right to purchase the real estate prior to Mofast, closing is not planned until later in the year.

The sellers will also sign newly admitted shares in Mofast to the amount of 50 MSEK.

MAQS’ team in the transaction was headed by Jonas Blomquist (lead partner Real Estate M&A).
