MAQS has represented Strawbees in connection with its capital injection

MAQS has represented Strawbees AB in a private placement to, among others, the Swedish venture capital company Zenith Growth I and Almi Invest.

The rationale behind the equity injection is to finance the continued global growth of the company and development of the company’s products. Strawbees is an ed-tech company that develops STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art & Mathematics) products, for the age group 4 to 19 years, to teach engineering, coding, robotics and sustainability in a playful and affordable way.
