MAQS legal adviser to PrimoTech in the acquisition of RLM Mekaniska

PrimoTech Group AB, part of Profura Industri, has as of 1 December 2025 acquired 90 per cent of the shares in RLM Mekaniska AB.

RLM Mekaniska specialises in the manufacturing of fixtures, tools and special machines in small series or as individual products. The company works to high quality standards and delivers primarily to customers in Swedish industry. With high technical expertise and a broad, modern machine fleet, RLM meets demanding customers' needs in terms of quality, precision and short lead times.

PrimoTech has a turnover of approximately SEK 1 billion with an EBITA of SEK 150 million. The group focuses on well-managed and entrepreneur-driven technology trading companies in the Nordics. Through organic growth, creativity and corporate acquisitions, the foundation has now been laid for a long-term and expansive corporate group.
