MAQS legal advisor in connection with Sundfrakt Group's acquisition of Linjegods

The Sundfrakt Group strengthens its position as a logistics provider in central Norrland through the acquisition of Linjegods. The acquisition is a strategic step to develop and improve the distribution network in the region.
