MAQS legal advisor to Luxbright in its rights issue

Luxbright AB (publ) has carried out a rights issue of shares of approximately SEK 35,4 million before deduction of transaction costs.

Luxbright is a technology company focusing on developing and commercializing a new generation of X-ray tubes. Through patented technology, the company offers innovative X-ray tubes, generators, and future X-ray systems to international system suppliers in order to improve and protect lives by enabling higher resolution X-ray images.

The proceeds from the rights issue are intended to be used for, among other things, development of the production process in Luxbright's premises located in Gothenburg, research and development, sales, marketing, and intellectual property rights.

North Point Securities acted as financial advisor and MAQS Advokatbyrå was legal advisor to Luxbright in in connection with the rights issue. MAQS team mainly consisted of Eric Ehrencrona, Anna Björk Larsson and Fredrik Brusberg.
