MAQS legal advisor to PrimoTech in the acquisition of HighTech Nordic

PrimoTech Group acquires 60 percent of the shares in HighTech Nordic AB with the option to acquire the remaining shares.

PrimoTech Group was formed by ProfuraGruppen and Martin Johansson through a merger of several technology trading companies. Today, the group has a turnover of approximately SEK 700 million and focuses on acquiring and operating well-managed and entrepreneur-driven technology trading companies in the Nordics.

HighTech Nordic offers a comprehensive product line that includes industrial PCs, embedded solutions, medically approved computers, and touch screens, all tailored to meet the specific needs and applications of the end customer.
