MAQS legal advisor when OEM International (publ) acquires Multicomponent Norden

OEM International has completed the acquisition of Multicomponent Norden AB, a distributor of electronic components to electronics and equipment manufacturers. The business has been included in the OEM Group’s financial statements as of 16 February 2026.

OEM International is one of Europe's leading technology trading companies with 35 operating units in 15 countries. The group operates in the trade of components and systems from leading suppliers in selected markets in Europe. OEM International’s B share is listed on Nasdaq Stockholm.
