MAQS legal advisor when Smart Eye secures SEK 1.55 billion order

Technology company Smart Eye is set to deliver its driver monitoring technology to 46 new car models from a major North American automotive manufacturer. The order is estimated to generate revenues of SEK 1.55 billion during the projected product lifecycle.

Smart Eye is a global leader in Human Insight AI, technology that understands, supports, and predicts human behavior in complex environments, and the leading developer of DMS software for the automotive industry. The company, founded in 1999, has been publicly traded since 2016.

Smart Eye is headquartered in Sweden and has additional offices in the USA, UK, Germany, Denmark, Egypt, Singapore, China, and Japan. Among its customers are companies such as BMW, Polestar, Geely, and Volvo.
