MAQS welcomes two new partners in Malmö

Effective 1 January 2027, Marie Marklund and Viktor Gustafsson will become partners at MAQS Advokatbyrå in Malmö. Both step into their new roles from senior advisory positions at the firm, where they have held significant client responsibility within their respective areas of expertise.

Marie Marklund heads the Employment Law practice in Malmö and advises companies on a broad range of employment law matters, including employment agreements, reorganisations, employment disputes, holiday and leave matters, and trade union negotiations. She also advises on trade secrets, both from a preventive perspective and in cases where a breach has already occurred, as well as on employee loyalty and non-compete matters.

Viktor Gustafsson has extensive experience advising clients on corporate law, insolvency, and construction and consultancy law. He is also frequently instructed as court-appointed receiver of bankruptcies and compulsory liquidations.
