Monterro acquires a majority stake in Weissr

MAQS Advokatbyrå has advised the sellers in connection with the sale of Weissr AB to the Nordic software investor Monterro.

Weissr is a leading provider of a comprehensive SaaS platform that enables finance departments and company management to plan, monitor and optimise their capital allocation in fixed assets (Capex) in a structured and data-driven manner.

Through the acquisition, Monterro will contribute its extensive operational and strategic expertise in B2B software as well as resources to support Weissr's continued international growth and expansion. Monterro has extensive experience in building and scaling software companies to market-leading positions. Through the transaction, Monterro becomes the majority owner while the founders remain significant shareholders through reinvestment.
