Tescab Holding transfers all shares in Escenda Engineering to Tata Technologies
The founders of Escenda Engineering as well as the owners of Tescab Holding will remain actively involved in the company. Through the acquisition, Tata Technologies strengthens its position on the Swedish market and in the rest of Europe.
Escenda Engineering was founded in 2009 and has its headquarters in Gothenburg. Its 150 engineers offer specialist technical expertise in relation to technical projects and product development support to the Swedish automotive industry. The company turnover was SEK 125 million in 2016 and has increased by approximately 230 per cent over the last four years.
Tata Technologies is a world leader in outsourcing technical services and product design and development to the global manufacturing industry, which enables its customers to design and build better products. The group serves important industries, including the automotive industry, the aviation industry and the defense industry.
