MAQS advises Nordbergh Holding on its sale of Tommy Nordberg Åkeri

TNÅ, (Tommy Nordberg Åkeri), the market leader in temperature-controlled transport in the food industry, has a new growth partner after Accent Equity acquires a majority of the company. In 2015, TNÅ had approximately SEK 500 million in turnover.

For over 50 years, TNÅ has offered efficient and temperature-controlled transport on the Swedish market. The company is an independent, market-leading supplier of transport for Swedish food retailers, wholesalers and producers, with a truck fleet running exclusively on renewable biofuel.

The investment fund Accent Equity 2012 is acquiring a majority in TNÅ from holding company, Nordbergh Holding. The transaction results in TNÅ becoming an independent company in the Accent Equity 2012 fund. COO Stefan Bergh and management will continue to be part of the ownership group together with the company's board of directors.

MAQS team consisted of lead partner Krister Hjelmstedt, partner Per Olsson and associate Jenny Söberg.
