Serneke divests Säve airport to Castellum for a purchase price of SEK 1.1 billion


Serneke has on 21 December 2018 entered into an agreement with Castellum regarding the transfer of the company’s real properties at Säve airport. The fixed purchase price amounts to SEK 1.1 billion.

Serneke is an innovative and expanding construction company operating in construction, civil engineering, project development and property management. The company was founded in 2002 by Ola Serneke and has been one of Sweden's fastest growing companies in recent years.

Serneke receives a fixed purchase price amounting to SEK 1.1 billion of which SEK 750 million are payable at completion of the transaction and the remaining portion is payable no later than 2030. Additional payments will be made in conjunction with development of zoning plans, and procurement of building permits, with an outer time limit of 2030. A maximum contingent consideration will amount to approximately SEK 1 billion.
