Polskenet Invest acquires Maxmoduler

MAQS has advised Polskenet Invest in the acquisition of Maxmoduler Produktion AB and Maxmoduler Fleet AB from BC Hedlund Holding AB.

Maxmoduler is one of the largest suppliers and manufacturers in Sweden of construction sheds. Maxmoduler also manufactures and leases so-called high-class modules, i.e. sheds designed with specially built furnishings for different kinds of activities such as preschool and school activities. Maxmoduler has had substantial growth in recent years and today has a revenue of SEK 182 million and about 80 employees. Maxmoduler conducts its business in Lycksele, which has become Sweden's center for the production of sheds. Thus, there is great expertise in the area that enables further development of the business.

Polskenet Invest is a Norrland investment company that invests in Norrland companies run by entrepreneurs who put great value in long-term business thinking.

Polskenet's acquisition of Maxmoduler, forms a strong team and the goal is to jointly take the company to the next level. An important part of this is that Maxmoduler's former majority owner Christer Hedlund will continue to be the Managing Director, and co-owner, of Maxmoduler.

The transaction was completed 16 March 2021.
