RO-Gruppen builds media house for TV4 together with Castellum

MAQS has advised RO-Gruppen in contract negotiations in connection with the assignment to transform the property Kv. Rotterdam 1 in Stockholm's harbor district into a state-of-the-art media house for TV4.

The project, a turnkey contract that includes rebuilding and tenant adaptation of approximately 16,000 square meters, is one of the year's largest leases in Stockholm and one of the most significant office initiatives in Sweden.

RO-Gruppen is a construction group with offices in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Linköping, Örebro, Helsingborg, Borås and Alingsås. The company has 220 employees, a turnover of around SEK 2 billion and delivers projects all over Sweden.

The construction of the media house is expected to be completed by the summer of 2026.
