Servly Group acquires Bengtssons Tvättmaskinservice

Servly Group was founded in 2020 as a merger of several independent entrepreneurs with the common goal of creating a nationwide player in the installation and service of household appliances and white goods – regardless of the manufacturer and with the household's needs in focus. Today, Servly Group consists of 25 companies with approximately 325 technicians.

Through the acquisition of Bengtssons Tvättmaskinservice AB, Servly Group becomes even stronger in Skåne, and the group gains increased expertise and experience in professional laundry services.

MAQS Advokatbyrå has represented the seller in connection with the transaction, through Lovisa Elardt, Richard Fiskesund, and Nelly Bjurling.
