Tången acquires Westcomp

MAQS has advised Tången in the acquisition of Westcomp AB, a comprehensive supplier of electronic components.

Westcomp ensures component availability for electronics manufacturers and industrial companies through customized solutions. The company is headquartered in Mölndal, has a turnover of approximately 200 million SEK, and employs around 25 people. The previous owners will continue in the business and actively contribute to the company's development.

Tången is a Nordic industrial group specializing in regulatory expertise, service, and industrial technology. The acquisition will strengthen and further expand Tången’s Industrial Technology business area.
