TomEnterprise acquires container handling company Hammar Maskin

MAQS Advokatbyrå has advised Hammar Maskin Förvaltning AB in connection with the sale of all shares in Hammar Maskin AB to TomEnterprise AB.

Hammar Maskin AB manufactures and services trailer-mounted lifting equipment for container handling and other heavy load applications. The company is the world’s leading manufacturer of sideloaders, also known as Hammarlift, which enable efficient loading and unloading from the side.
Hammar Maskin boasts a global customer base and subsidiaries in several countries, with a turnover of over SEK 520 million during 2024/2025.

TomEnterprise AB is a Swedish family-owned investment company founded by Thomas von Koch. The company is a long-term and active owner that invests in private and publicly listed companies, primarily in Sweden.

The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals and is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2025.
