XANO divests a real estate company in Skogås

XANO Industri AB (publ), through its subsidiary, has sold all shares in AB LK Precision Invest, which owns the industrial properties Fräsen 6 and Fräsen 7 in the Länna industrial area in Skogås, just south of Stockholm. The buyer is Rexbo Gröna Industrihus AB, a real estate company that develops and refines properties within the warehouse and light industry segment in Stockholm and Mälardalen.

The sale provides XANO with increased capital space and is part of the ongoing efforts towards aggressive transformation through investments in product development and innovations, as well as through acquisitions and establishment in both new countries and new market niches.

XANO develops, acquires, and operates niche technology companies that offer manufacturing and development services for industrial products and automation equipment. The business is divided into three business units, and the group is represented in the Nordic countries, Estonia, the Netherlands, Poland, China, the USA, and Australia. The group's net sales amount to SEK 3.4 billion, and the number of employees is approximately 1,300. XANO's B-share was introduced on the stock exchange in 1988 and is listed on Nasdaq Stockholm in the Mid Cap segment.

MAQS has advised XANO in connection with the transaction, led by Lovisa Elardt and Richard Fiskesund.
