Albin Davidsson Sirestål primarily assist companies, private equity funds, investment banks, commercial banks and other lenders and investors with domestic and cross-border financing transactions.

Albin also regularly works with insolvency law, where he represents companies and directors in various issues that arise in connection with bankruptcy and corporate restructuring. He provides advice in insolvency situations and in disputes relating to insolvency law, such as personal liability of company representatives and claw backs in bankruptcy.
