Anna Almroth specializes in construction law and has extensive experience of drafting, reviewing and negotiating agreements, as well as in providing advice during ongoing construction projects.

Anna also assists companies during early stages of real estate development projects with land developing matters, having many years of experience of drafting different forms of cooperation- and implementation agreements, and of assisting in other matters regarding access to land, for example easements, joint facilities and utility easements. She also regularly assists in processes regarding detailed development plans and other matters under the Planning and Building Act.

Anna also has extensive experience of permit processes under the Swedish Environmental Code and connected legislation regarding, for example, renewable energy sources. Anna works with sustainability questions, with focus on construction law and environmental law.

Anna regularly holds courses within her areas of expertise.
