Anna Björk Larson is head of MAQS specialist area Corporate and regularly works with corporate matters such as restructurings, corporate governance, and general meetings for both private and public companies. Anna also has experience as advisor in connection with mergers and acquisitions.

In addition to advising in connection with corporate law issues, she frequently works with capital market matters and has extensive experience in project management and providing advice in connection with, among other things, listing processes, capital procurement, and the establishment of incentive structures.
