Anton Olsson leads the firm’s practice area for Mergers & Acquisitions and primarily focuses on advising industrial companies, entrepreneurs, investment firms, and other professional players involved in the buying and selling of companies. Additionally, Anton regularly acts as an advisor to companies on drafting and negotiating agreements related to the purchase and sale of products and services, product development, joint ventures, licensing, and more.

Anton is part of MAQS’ automotive team, with a particular focus on legal developments within the industry. His work includes matters related to electrification, autonomous vehicles, and advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS), as well as development collaborations and joint ventures.
