Björn Goldman has extensive experience as counsel in various types of commercial disputes, both before civil courts and in Swedish and international arbitration, where he mainly represents mid and large-sized Swedish and international companies. Björn’s field of work covers the entire spectra of business law with a particular focus on major, international transactions and corporate law-related disputes.

An essential prerequisite for successful dispute resolution is a deep understanding, not only of the legal issues but also of the incitements of both the client and the opposing party. Björn has successfully represented his clients in many significant cases. He generally acts as lead counsel but is also a certified arbitrator and mediator. He has extensive international experience through his studies, his work, and his engagement in international organizations.
