Daniel Wesslund is head of MAQS’ industry group for Gambling and specialises in the Swedish gambling regulations. Daniel has extensive experience in providing advice on regulatory issues to companies, associations, and organisations active on the Swedish gambling market, e.g., license applications, gambling liability, marketing, and compliance.

Daniel has considerable experience from drafting, negotiating and reviewing commercial agreements with particular focus on the sports and events industry. Daniel also regularly acts as a representative before decision-making bodies of national and international sports federations and also has experience as representative before the Court of Arbitration for Sport in Lausanne
