Daniel Wesslund has extensive experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements. Daniel regularly works with a wide range of commercial agreements, such as cooperation agreements, distribution and reseller agreements, agency agreements, licence agreements, service delivery agreements, purchasing agreements and manufacturing and supply agreements. He assists clients throughout the entire agreement process – from initial advice, through negotiation, to final drafting and implementation.

Daniel also works regularly with the gambling, sports and events industries and has particular experience in assisting companies, associations and organisations in the Swedish gambling market in matters related to, among other things, licence applications, gambling liability and other regulatory compliance. He also handles, on an ongoing basis, issues for federations, associations, individual athletes and agents regarding the specific regulations governing sport.
