Georg Jonsson is head of MAQS’ specialist area Banking & Finance and specializes in Swedish and cross-border financing transactions.

Georg represents companies, private equity funds, investment banks, commercial banks and other lenders and investors in connection with a wide range of international and domestic financing transactions, including acquisition financing, refinancings, leveraged buyouts, bond issuance, corporate recapitalizations, investment grade financings, asset-based loans, ship financings, real estate financing and restructurings.
