Jimmy Carnelind is head of MAQS Public procurement. Jimmy has extensive experience of providing advice on all legal matters relating to the public sector with a particular focus on public procurement.

Jimmy also has considerable experience in administrative law, frequently handling various matters relating to permits, such as approval of charter schools and public transportation. Apart from having a busy practice, Jimmy is a popular lecturer, often being engaged by companies, municipalities, private educational institutes and polytechnics on the subject of public procurement.
