Junli Shu is Co-head of MAQS’ Automotive and specializes in commercial contracts, export control, compliance and security protection legislation, including the new Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) Act. Junli has extensive experience working with players across various industries, with a particular focus towards automotive.
With both a Swedish and Chinese law degree, Junli offers a unique set of skills (legal, cultural as well as trilingual) combined with her solid extensive experience assisting clients with different needs and backgrounds).
Junli also works with cross-border mergers and acquisitions and dispute resolution.
