Malin Johansson works mainly with companies within IT/Tech and regularly assists in matters relating to technology and digitalization with focus on IT-agreements, cloud services, licensing of software, intellectual property rights and privacy and information security matters. Malin also works regularly with reviewing, drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements.
