Marie Marklund is head of MAQS’s specialist area Employment law and has extensive experience of providing advice to companies on reorganizations, operational cutbacks, redundancies, right to vacation as well as drafting, negotiating and reviewing employment law-related agreement structures, such as collective bargaining agreements. Marie also has considerable experience acting as counsel in employment law-related commercial disputes, both before civil courts and in trade union negotiations.

Marie also frequently advise on matters relating to trade secrets, both pro-actively and upon breach.
