Sofia Pedersen is head of MAQS specialist area Employment and has extensive experience of assisting large Swedish and international companies across industries. Sofia works with particular focus on reorganizations, individual matters, employment law advice in mergers and acquisitions, work environment, disputes, collective bargaining agreement issues including trade union negotiations and international employment law.

With many years of experience as in-house counsel, she has a great understanding of what kind of employment law issues that can arise and how to find compliant business-oriented solutions. In addition to employment law, she further has extensive experience of working with European Works Council (EWC), internal investigations, grievances, internal control and all kind of total rewards matters including pension.

Sofia regularly holds lectures on various labour law issues.
