Wendela has considerable expertise working with cross-industry, cross-border and often complex commercial disputes with a particular focus on patent infringement disputes within the life sciences industry. She frequently acts as counsel, both before civil courts, in arbitration and is a certified mediator.

Wendela provides strategic advice for protecting and managing innovations and intangible assets, such as patents and copyrights, as well as in matters related to the creation and transfer of such assets. She also regularly advises on marketing law and regulatory matters related to pharmaceuticals and other MedTech related products.
