MAQS has assisted in the sale of a commercial property in Trelleborg

MAQS Advokatbyrå has advised Kemo Fastighets AB in the sale of a commercial property in Trelleborg.

The commercial property Trelleborg Trailern 1 is situated in the industrial area outside the city of Trelleborg. The property has a gross area of approximately 6,000 square meters, divided into stores and storage area. The transaction was made as a sale of a company in turn owning the property.

MAQS’ team in the transaction was headed by Jonas Blomquist (head of M&A) with the assistance of Aleksander Källkvist.
