MAQS advises Limhamnshus Industri in connection with acquisition of Colorama Väst

MAQS has advised Limhamnshus Industri in connection with its acquisition of Colorama Väst. The transaction was completed in September 2020.

Colorama Väst operates eight paint stores located in western Sweden and is one of the largest members of the Colorama Group. The business is conducted through Holmfrids AB and its subsidiaries and the acquired group of companies has an annual turnover of approximately MSEK 150.
