MAQS has assisted in the sale of a real estate portfolio in Stockholm

MAQS Advokatbyrå has advised Celon Förvaltning AB in the sale of eight properties to Mälardalens Omsorgsfastigheter Holding AB (MOFAST) listed on the Spotlight market place.

The sold properties, mainly disposed of residential properties in the Stockholm region, were partly paid in newly issued shares in MOFAST.

The property value in the transaction was MSEK 406.

MAQS’ team in the transaction was headed by Jonas Blomquist (lead partner Real Estate M&A) with the assistance of Aleksander Källkvist (Real Estate M&A), Kajsa Hummel (Real Estate M&A), Patrik Gustafsson-Sonne (Capital markets and Public M&A) and Krister Hjelmstedt (Tax).
