MAQS bolsters its transactions team with three well-reputed partners

The full-service law firm MAQS continues to grow. “We are in an exciting expansion phase and thrilled to welcome three of Sweden's leading transactions lawyers - Anders Lindström, Per Lagerkvist, and Fredrik Mörner. Anders Lindström, with 25 years of experience in private M&A and in the start-up industry, is a strong addition to MAQS' transactions team with renowned expertise in private equity, venture capital, fund formation, as well as real estate. Among his clients we find some of the most well-known players, international as well as Swedish, within his field of expertise.

Per Lagerkvist regularly advises Swedish and international listed and non-listed corporate clients, including private equity houses, on the structuring and execution of complex cross boarder M&A transactions, as well as funds/financial institutions in matters relating to finance. Furthermore, Per also advises on private investment funds and has an industry focus on life science and aviation. With his internationally oriented practice and specific knowledge in industries and sectors such as life sciences and defence, aviation, and private investment funds, Per Lagerkvist adds further significant expertise and more than 25 years’ experience to MAQS' M&A team.

Fredrik Mörner primarily works with private M&A and has 20 years of experience in advising Swedish and international Private Equity firms, corporations, banks and other financial institutions on Swedish as well as cross border transactions on a broad range involving acquisitions, divestments, mergers and joint ventures. With his work with private equity houses, their portfolio companies and several acquisition-intensive industrial clients, Fredrik will be a perfect fit for MAQS' growth journey.
